Held in a huge high-ceiling room at Birmingham Council House on the day that Birmingham City Council presented their City of Culture bid to the judging team in Liverpool, I managed to steal a few minutes of Martin’s time.
Martin told me about his past history, some of the successes he and BCC have achieved, and gave a small insight into some of the possible plans for elements of Birmingham’s cultural future.
